Delete Your Account Inside the Flexwell App

The fastest way to delete your account and all of your data is from within the Flexwell app:

  1. Open the Flexwell app and sign in.
  2. Tap the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.

Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request that we delete your account and associated data on your behalf. Email us at hello@flexwell.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account". We will verify your identity and complete the deletion, typically within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your Flexwell account, we permanently delete the personal data associated with your account, including:

Limited retention: We may retain a minimal amount of information where required to meet legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or security obligations (for example, transaction records for completed subscription purchases). Any such retained records are kept only as long as required by law and are not used to re-identify your deleted account. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed by Google; cancel auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings.
